About Medications & Nutrition

Medications & Nutrition provides clinicians with reliable, evidence-based information on how pharmaceuticals impact nutritional health. Our goal is to enhance clinical decision-making and patient outcomes by making drug-nutrient and drug-food interaction research accessible and clinically practical.

Our Philosophy

  • Present credible, peer-reviewed research in clear, easy-to-understand bullet points.
  • All content referenced, and from trusted sources like FDA, EMA, and PubMed.
  • Provide resources that help clinicians apply information effectively in patient care.

Why this matters

People with chronic conditions are often prescribed multiple medications, that can affect their nutritional status. Understanding these interactions, and how to manage them, is critical for improving health, reducing complications, and supporting recovery.
