Membership Terms
- Memberships are available to individuals, businesses, and institutions.
- Your payment grants access to certain features, starting from the initial payment date for the term of your membership.
- Memberships are billed annually, and automatically renew unless cancelled more than 6 days before the renewal date.
Payments & Pricing
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD), including GST (Goods and Services Tax).
- At least 14 days’ notice for any fee changes will be advised, and will be effective from your next billing cycle.
- Memberships are suspended if payments are not processed successfully.
Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel your membership at any time directly from your account dashboard. Once you submit your cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for future renewals (unless the cancellation is within 7 days of annual renewal).
Refund processes -
- Cancel within 7 days of joining - full refund.
- Cancel after 7 days of joining - no refund; access continues until expiry of the membership.
- Cancel more than 6 days prior to annual renewal - membership will not be renewed.
- Cancel after renewal - no refund; access continues until expiry of the membership.
Registration & Security
- Members must provide accurate registration information.
- Keep your username and password private and secure.
- Notify M&N immediately if you suspect misuse of your account.
Website Use & Content
- All content and intellectual property rights are owned by M&N. Prior written permission is needed to copy, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or use content commercially.
- All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
- M&N neither provides nor permits external advertising on our Website.
- If you believe any copyrighted material appears here without proper authorization, promptly contact M&N in writing with details so the matter can be addressed.
Limitation of Liability
- The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties.
- M&N is not liable for any damages except as required by Australian law.
