Including drug-nutrition interactions into both everyday clinical practice and healthcare management decisions, supports improved health outcomes.

How We Communicate

  • Email is our primary method of contact. Response time 24-48 hours Monday-Friday.  
  • Need to discuss a detailed issue? Book a 30-minute call.
  • For urgent matters: Phone us. If not the phone is not answered, leave a message and calls are returned as soon as possible.

What Members and Providers do

  • Medications & Nutrition (NCA) provides: Reliable, accurate information about how drugs and nutrition interact for members.
  • Members can:-
  • Use this information in their clinical notes.
  • Reference M&N in professional presentations.
  • Must not change or misuse M&N’s information.

Scope and Boundaries

  • Each shared case study is published with general advice only, tailored to the situation.
  • De-identified case studies may be published in the MedNut Mail newsletter.

What Success Looks Like

All relevant drug-and-nutrition interactions are identified and managed appropriately as part of the standard practice of each clinical assessment.
